A letter from our Founder

Dear Friends,

It is with deep gratitude and a spirit of purpose that I share with you the heart behind the Mission Ready Foundation.

This foundation was born from a simple but powerful truth: We have been given everything we need for the day we are in. This belief, rooted in faith and guided by the example God gave us through His Word and reminds us that we are not empty vessels, but equipped and called to live with intention, compassion, and courage. When we understand that what we’ve been given is not just for ourselves, but to be shared, we can live in a way that reflects his love for all.

Mission Ready Foundation is our way of putting that belief into motion. It is built on the understanding that service doesn’t stop when the workday ends. In fact, that’s when it should begin. Our volunteers are working professionals who believe that achieving a company’s goals is meaningful but using our strengths and blessings to serve others in the community is even greater.

With the help of our incredible partners in funding, we strive daily to meet the goals of our foundation. Their generosity and belief in our mission allowing us to expand our reach, deepen our impact, and respond quickly to the needs of others. We are deeply grateful for their unwavering support and shared heart for service.

Our mission is to bring care and compassion to the communities around us, treating others the way we would want to be treated. “To whom much is given, much will be required.” We believe those who have been lifted up whether in strength, resources, wisdom, or faith have a responsibility to lift others in return. Our aim is to turn compassion into action and into tangible impact.

While our arms are open to all in need, we go further by partnering with organizations that are committed to helping others and sponsoring individuals who are making a difference in their communities. We are committed to walking alongside all who serve, honoring their contributions and supporting their unique challenges with care and dignity.

We hold a special place in our hearts for those who serve our military, veterans, police, and firefighters. Their sacrifices are often unseen, and their needs, unmet. We are committed to standing in the gap for them, honoring their service with the same dignity and support they have shown our nation and communities.

This is more than charity, it is a calling. A calling to walk in the truth of God’s love, to reflect His grace in action.
